As our company grows, we're looking for dedicated Account Managers to join our team and support our mission! Job Description As an Account Manager, you will work from our Cerritos, CA office or a satellite office, while also spending time in the field across your assigned territory. You’ll build relationships with referral sources, manage provider communication, and oversee clinical staffing efforts. You’ll also play a key role in interviewing and managing field clinicians assigned to your region. This position blends healthcare coordination, business development, and provider support. Responsibilities: Educate referral sources on Home Health Links’ services Drive referrals through relationship-building and territory outreach Coordinate with licensed professionals (PT/OT/ST/RN) to ensure proper staffing and timely visits Supervise and support assigned Provider Support staff Interview and assist with onboarding clinical field staff in your territory Monitor visit compliance and resolve missed visits with appropriate follow-up Participate in performance improvement efforts and contribute to team goals Report progress on referral trends and operational issues to management Qualifications 5+ years of experience in healthcare sales, home health, or case management Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage a flexible schedule Understanding of home health services and industry compliance Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license Tech-savvy — familiar with CRMs, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems Additional Information Compensation is commensurate with experience, $50,000-$55,000k annually, plus commission incentives.
