We’re looking for an Account Manager at Lightspeed, you’ll join our APAC Hospitality Sales team and you will be responsible for managing inbound sales for our hospitality venues based in the APAC market. Your role will be working closely with a large range of merchants to build rapport, understand their objectives and ensure they’re getting the best solution possible to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Account Manager to customers who inquire about further Lightspeed offerings, to understand their requirements and provide solutions that add value to the customer, tailoring recommendations to the customers needs and preferences
  • Build trust and rapport and demonstrate active listening to support your focus of upselling and maximising account growth in every customer interaction
  • Guide qualifying customers through their upgrade path from basic platforms to more advanced platforms
  • Demonstrate software solutions to customers, from core POS products to modules and upgrades
  • Responsible for reactive upsell from inbound sales and expansion monthly recurring revenue
