JOB ADVERTISEMENT - ACCOUNTS MANAGER

  • Process invoice payments for suppliers and operational expenses across all stores and the central factory
  • Responsible for weekly payroll distribution and bonus calculations for head office and all store employees
  • Perform cost and operational accounting for both company-owned and franchised stores
  • Enter and manage financial data and related reports for all entities using Xero
  • Prepare monthly sales reports for company-owned stores
  • Compile quarterly BAS data and assist external accountants in submitting quarterly BAS and annual financial statements
  • Generate monthly profit analysis reports, annual profit reports, and comparative analysis for company-owned stores
  • Support external auditors in completing the annual audit for the head office
  • Handle other finance-related tasks and provide necessary financial data and reports to other operational departments

  • Continuously assess the company’s staffing needs
  • Responsible for recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees
  • Draft HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Organize employee training and development programs; update the employee handbook
  • Assist the HR department in implementing initiatives to enhance employee experience
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and serve as a communication bridge
  • Support managers with performance evaluations and incentive plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with recruitment agencies to ensure selection of the most suitable candidates
  • Approve and schedule paid time off (PTO) and sick leave (SL) based on employee needs and company circumstances
