JOB SUMMARY

The Account Manager employees’ primary objective is to develop, strengthen and maintain positive relations with clients and agents by using verbal and written correspondence to promote profitability and growth. Account Managers, as licensed P&C agents, work directly with insureds/and or agents on binds, endorsements, billing and any issues as they arise.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance preferred. In addition to experience with customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and various forms of technology. Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Keen eye for details and data.
  • High School Diploma required; Associates degree or higher preferred.
    Disclosure required under applicable state or municipality regulations: The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
