Role Type: Full-time Engagement: Independent Contractor Job Summary We’re seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to manage client success, retention, and growth across a portfolio of mid-to-enterprise level customers. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact post-sale, helping clients achieve ROI and solve real business challenges using the company’s platform. This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a commercial mindset, and a passion for customer success in the SaaS or digital space. Key Responsibilities Own the customer relationship post-sale, acting as the primary point of contact for onboarding, training, and ongoing support. Develop deep product knowledge and use it to guide clients toward best practices and long-term success. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client goals and product fit. Collaborate with product and support teams to resolve issues quickly and ensure client satisfaction. Monitor account health, usage data, and engagement metrics to prevent churn and drive renewals. Report on account activity, client feedback, and performance KPIs to internal stakeholders. 2+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Client Services (preferably in a SaaS or digital agency setting). Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple accounts with a high degree of organization and professionalism. Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, etc.). Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
