Description HYBRID OPPORTUNITY Alliance InfoSystems, LLC, a MSP, headquartered in Hunt Valley, MD, is growing its Sales team in Hunt Valley. We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a passion for IT and desire for continuous improvement and learning. Responsibilities (Summary): Maintains consistent communication with assigned clients and facilitates timely service delivery. Educates clients/customers on AIS core value services. Ensures smooth onboarding process for clients. Identifies/presents opportunities to align client technology to AIS' core stack configuration. Creates/tracks/manages opportunities through client lifecycle with relevant data included in AIS data systems. Schedules/presents quarterly/annual business reviews. Participates in various individual/group projects. Proposal creation and proposal review with clients. Maintains routine check-ins with clients to ensure all topics/concerns addressed as well as looking for ways to improve clients' experience. Routine reviews of service delivery with clients.
