Develop strategic work plans for completing sales targets and service/consultation calls with new and existing customers. Prepare and deliver sales presentations on Ecolab's innovative products, equipment and services. Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee training. Manage Ecolab products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test equipment and product performance, repair or adjust equipment, adjust chemical concentration levels, monitor product inventory and place orders. Implement agreed upon corporate account commitments and proactively inform Corporate Account Manager (CAM’s) of results, challenges and initiatives Communicate effectively with all levels of plant staff; build strong business relationships and networks Follow Ecolab safety guidelines and incident reporting requirements. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry or related field. 2 years technical sales experience in meat, processed food, dairy, and poultry sector or the beverage and brewing sector. Possess a valid Driver's License with an acceptable motor vehicle record. Willingness and ability to travel by car throughout territory, including periodic overnight travel, could be required to be on-call during off-work hours and weekends when needed. Immigration sponsorship to work in the country is not available for this role. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to sell value-added products to customers. Carry aptitude and confidence to deal with large national and multi-national customers General mechanical ability. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
