We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Sales Engineer to develop and grow our business in Indonesia. Summary of the role Achieve sales targets for Nordson Packaging division in Indonesia and increase sales through developing new markets, new customers, existing customers and strong rapport with local distributor, system integrators and material suppliers. Role and Responsibilities Responsible to achieve sales targets and increase sales through developing new markets/customers and retaining existing customers. Manage and administer sales enquiries promptly and professionally. Prepare proposal to customer/prospect and administer their account. Conduct product presentations and demonstrate how a product meets customer needs. Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education and after-sales support services Provide technical service support on schedule and at the highest levels of quality. Plan and manage assigned projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and within scope of supply. Manage and co-ordinate with local distributor Coordinate all sales projects with customers as well as our service and administration team. Contact customers to schedule regular visits and to ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct regular application and product training to ensure that they are maintaining their equipment and optimizing its use. Develop and maintain good rapport with customers through long-term relationships by managing and interpreting their requirements to achieve total customer’s satisfaction. Maintain detailed records and documentation of each customer portfolio. Responsible for maintaining detailed knowledge of Nordson products, prices and policies. Need to know which product best suit and apply to the assigned industries. Work closely with system integrators and material suppliers to specify Nordson equipment as their preferred choice. Timely submission of weekly report, monthly report and other report as required by your supervisor. Assist your supervisor in preparing the monthly sales forecast as well as to establish the annual sales and expense budget. Regular interaction with sales and service team to highlight unusual issues during regular/distributor installation to report and develop action plan Advise your supervisor of new markets, changes in existing markets, any related competitive activities and needs for new or improvements in Nordson products that might be desirable. Update in your weekly report and monthly report. Report all projects that we lost or did not participate in the quote. Show reason for the loss or non participation Develop competent technical knowledge in all products for PKG Skills and Qualifications Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Technology With 1- 2 years of related experience. Good command of both spoken and written Bahasa and English Must have strong aptitude for technical sales of industrial equipment Experience in the MNC preferred Willing to travel and possess own car About Nordson Packaging Interested?
