Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main commercial contact for the largest regional account in APAC, working within a team of four.
  • Lead account retention and growth strategies, promoting Travelport products to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Manage long-term customer relationships, including contract renegotiations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., Customer Support, Product, Legal, API Support) to ensure optimal customer experience.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships within the customer organization to support strategic growth.
  • Identify new business opportunities and proactively address competitive threats.
  • Align customer needs with Travelport’s products and services to drive business expansion.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, CRM pipeline, and performance tracking.Coordinate internal stakeholder engagement to support customer requirements and strategic initiatives.
