Are you a highly driven corporate hunter with a passion for uncovering new business opportunities and closing high-value deals? We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager/Sales Specialist to drive market penetration and secure new partnerships for Equifax’s innovative iCIRT rating portfolio across Australia. Operating within our high-growth New Solutions business unit, this individual contributor role is perfect for an ambitious business development professional ready to own their pipeline and smash commercial revenue targets. What you'll do Drive Revenue Growth: Consistently meet or exceed individual Net New Revenue (NNR) and Annual Contract Value (ACV) targets for the iCIRT portfolio. Pipeline Generation: Proactively source, qualify, and close high-yielding business development opportunities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline. Market Strategy Execution: Develop and execute localised territory and account plans heavily focused on new client acquisition. Ecosystem Collaboration: Partner closely with established Account Managers and Inside Sales teams to cross-sell and expand market reach. Internal Enablement: Act as the premier subject matter expert for the portfolio, mentoring and upskilling sales teams to identify qualified leads. Commercial Management: Own the end-to-end commercial lifecycle, including drafting proposals, letters of engagement (LOEs), RFTs, and quotes. Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary specialist contact for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and escalating delivery or implementation issues. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive movements, changing buyer behaviors, and industry trends to feed critical product requirements to Product Development. Sales Hygiene: Maintain absolute data accuracy within Salesforce CRM to provide reliable pipeline reporting and monthly/quarterly forecasting. C-Suite Engagement: Pitch, negotiate, and confidently secure buy-in for solutions from C-Suite Executives, Directors, and key industry decision-makers. What experience you need 5+ years of successful B2B corporate sales experience, specifically in individual contributor "hunt-and-close" business development roles. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales targets, quotas, and driving Net New Revenue (NNR) growth. Demonstrated experience managing the complete end-to-end commercial process, including drafting proposals, commercial quotes, or contracts. Experience utilizing Salesforce CRM (or equivalent enterprise CRM) for accurate sales pipeline tracking, hygiene, and forecasting. Proven experience pitching complex, high-value corporate solutions to C-Suite Executives and senior business decision-makers. What could set you apart Prior sales experience, active networks, or industry knowledge within the Construction, Property Development, or Financial Services sectors. Familiarity or direct experience selling independent rating frameworks, risk compliance tools, or technical assessment solutions. Experience collaborating effectively within a complex matrix corporate organisation across different business divisions.
