Responsible for reviewing accounts, selling new business to grow existing accounts, account set-up, and case installation. Job Description: EDUCATION: Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma. Bachelor's TYPICAL EXPERIENCE: 2 years recent relevant experience Life & Health Insurance License highly preferred SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Effective presentation skills. Working knowledge and understanding of national healthcare issues. Working knowledge of current and emerging issues affecting specified populations. Effective negotiation, collaboration and problem-solving skills. Verbal and writing skills to effectively communicate with diverse groups such as: executives, managers and subject matter experts. Make presentations to persuade others to accept a specific opinion or action, or to provide information and instruction. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with audiences across all areas and levels within Sutter Health as well as external organizations. Ability to multi-task, manage through conflict and use priority setting to accomplish goals. Must be a flexible, creative individual who is open to change. Capacity to perform under deadline pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Advanced computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
