Key Responsibility Areas:  Actively seek and enable new revenue opportunities.  Build up a strong understanding of Cpaas Solution (SMS, Email, Voice, WhatsApp, RCS, chatbot etc.) both from a product perspective as well as from a market perspective.  Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.  Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.  Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.  Reaching out to customers leads through client meetings.  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.  Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.  Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.  Build excellent relationships with customers. Eligibility Criteria's:  Experience – Min 4 to 6 years in Key account management.  Proven expertise in B2B, Corporate Sales, direct field sales.  Must be an MBA from a recognized instiute.  Excellent written and spoken communication skills.  Ability to present and sell with ease.  Strong people skills.  Equally formidable creative, quantitative, and analytical skills.  Experience with technology, business development, solution sales.  Target orientation  Good to have experience in CPaaS, IT Sales, Software Sales Sinch is a global customer engagement platform that provides communication services for businesses across messaging, voice, and email.
