SALES REPRESENTATIVE – INDUSTRIAL / CONSTRUCTION SECTOR

We are seeking a driven Sales Representative to join a growing team in a well-established manufacturing company serving commercial and industrial clients across North America. The ideal candidate is motivated by results, has a strong business sense, and thrives in a client-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven sales experience in an industrial, construction, or technical environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Solid business acumen and proven ability to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on customer needs
  • Proficiency with MS Office and CRM tools
  • Bilingual (French/English) is a strong asset
  • Willingness to travel locally and regionally as needed

Responsibilities
  • Achieve monthly sales targets by proactively seeking new contracts and business opportunities
  • Prepare job proposals, including detailed cost estimates
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close deals
  • Prepare booking packages and manage account documentation
  • Visit job sites to assess project scope or monitor job progress
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints with a hands-on approach
  • Follow up with clients for outstanding payments and offer flexible solutions when needed
  • Attend off-site sales meetings, client visits, and regional training sessions
  • Complete required reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Perform other duties as required
