As the bridge between clients and our internal teams, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring communication flows seamlessly, deadlines are met, and every client feels supported and valued. Whether it’s guiding a project through to completion, spotting opportunities for account growth, or simply being the reliable point of contact clients know they can count on, you’ll be at the centre of it all.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll act as the key link between our clients and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing deliverables, and identifying opportunities to add value. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple projects moving forward at once.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts, managing communications and expectations.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships built on trust and results.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.
  • Track progress, monitor performance metrics, and prepare reports for clients.
  • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues quickly, and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Support business development efforts by contributing to proposals and presentations.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or project coordination.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-first mindset.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Problem-solving ability and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable using project management and CRM tools, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
