Fuller is responsible for identifying customer needs and connecting them to the appropriate teams to support business opportunities. This role builds long-term customer relationships through proactive account management and consistent service delivery. It also involves analyzing buying trends to better understand and support assigned accounts. Primary Responsibilities Conduct 25–35 outbound calls daily Document all customer interactions in CRM Achieve targeted levels of customer meetings Execute regional sales plans and meet revenue targets Manage assigned budgets and apply pricing strategies Provide professional representation to strengthen customer partnerships Support technical discussions and recommend product solutions Identify and close new business through research, outreach, and lead sourcing Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 2+ years in sales, customer service, or account management Ability to manage CRM systems and update opportunity pipelines Strong communication and relationship‑building skills Preferred Requirements Experience with outbound prospecting and cold calling Familiarity with Sales Force and other lead‑generation tools Knowledge of industrial or technical product environments English and Spanish is a plus Experience with Power BI, Excel #LI-MG1 H.B.
