ACCOUNT MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business-to-business sales experience, required
  • Industry experience for HVAC, electrical and/or plumbing, required
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business management or related field, preferred
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work with a diverse team
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently

Responsibilities
  • Develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations
  • Cold call, direct email and perform other lead generations
  • Builds and manages relationships with existing and prospective customers to maximize sales
  • Prepare quotes for customers
  • Problem solves by partnering with other key players within the company
