DESCRIPTION:

Sani Marc is currently looking for an Internal Sales Account Manager, a professional responsible for managing and expanding sales within an assigned territory.
In this key role, you will be tasked with assisting clients in their product choices and work methods, managing contracts under the supervision of the Internal Sales Director, and leading sales projects in your territory.
Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & COLLABORATION

  • Analyze customer feedback to optimize the purchasing experience.
  • Work closely with customer service, technical, and logistics teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service;
  • Understand clients’ specific needs and recommend customized solutions.
  • Greet and assist customers who come into the store.
  • Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.

Responsibilities

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and video conferencing to promote and sell products.
  • Maintain rigorous follow-up with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and advise clients on the best solutions.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, YOU MUST:

  • Be a true team player, demonstrate initiative, and have strong problem-solving skills in a proactive manner;
  • Be motivated, passionate, and ready to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Have excellent organizational skills, mastery of internal processes, and the ability to prioritize effectively;
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or sales;
  • Experience in sanitation would be a valuable asset;
  • Have strong computer skills, especially with the Microsoft Office suite;
  • Knowledge of CRM systems would be an asset.
