The Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial SME and mid-market clients
• Inherit established portfolio with solid client relationships
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business alongside Account Executives/Brokers
• Build strong relationships with clients and insurer partners
• Ensure high service standards and compliance across the portfolio
• Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
