We are seeking a full-time Account Manager to join our team. We are looking for a superb communicator, with customer service and marketing experience to help us grow our business and support our clients.
This position is responsible for handling BWI’s current book of business, providing professional customer service, maintaining customer retention and providing support to our Producer Team. This position is remote.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Aviation Insurance Experience
  • P&C Active License
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and underwriters
  • Ability to Prioritize and Multitask, must be able to manage workflow to ensure timely response to request and tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Market, present and sell Insurance Policies to existing clients by developing Insurance Renewal Quotes that best meet the clients needs.
  • Pre-underwrite each account to ensure BWI has all the necessary information and shop with the appropriate markets based on the risk.
  • Process Mid-Term Requests; i.e. Policy Changes, COI Requests, Add/Deletion of Aircrafts and/or Pilots, etc.
  • Follow Up with all Renewal Policyholders in a timely manner to avoid lapse in policy coverages.
  • Up-sell current policyholders in order to help expand the business; i.e. Aircraft Additions, Provide Hangar Quotes and other coverages that pertain to the clients overall needs.
  • Develop long lasting customer and underwriter relationships.
  • Maintain Daily Phone Coverage during office hours.
  • Provide assistance to the Producer Team as needed.
  • Provide Risk Management and Assessment to each client.
  • Other duties as assigned.
