We are a London-based financial services advisory firm helping commercial and personal clients protect assets, manage risk, and plan financially. WHAT YOU’LL BRING (CORE QUALIFICATIONS):

  • 1–3+ years (Coordinator) OR 3–5+ years (Account Manager) in P&C insurance, brokerage, MGA, or financial services client service environment.
  • Current RIBO License (or obtained within a defined onboarding window); LLQP or Life/Accident & Sickness an asset for cross-sell.
  • Working knowledge of commercial package, property, liability, auto/fleet, and (asset) personal lines; familiarity with specialty (e.g., construction, real estate, professional liability, cyber) is an advantage.
  • Comfort interpreting policy wordings, endorsements, certificates, and insurer underwriting guidelines.
  • Strong organizational discipline: can manage a renewal pipeline with multiple timelines.
  • Proficient in an Agency/Broker Management System (e.g., Applied Epic, TAM, PowerBroker) and Excel/Sheets for premium & loss analysis.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication (client summaries, coverage comparisons, advisory emails).
