Summary  Are you a driven relationship builder with a passion for helping communities rebuild after disaster strikes? We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our fast-growing insurance restoration and construction team. In this role, you’ll be the face of the company, tasked with expanding key relationships, uncovering new business opportunities, and collaborating closely with Community Association Managers (CAMs) and HOA Boards of Directors. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the restoration and recovery process while driving measurable growth and impact. The prospective team member must have a proven track record of cultivating and maintaining trusted, long-term relationships within the multifamily property management industry. They should be a natural connector with experience in restoration sales, insurance claims, and construction project management.  If you excel in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and are passionate about making an impact, we’d love to speak with you.   Responsibilities * The Account Manager will travel up to 60% of the time to build relationships face-to-face, attend industry events, and represent the company at key association functions. They will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets and expand market share, building and nurturing long-term partnerships with Community Managers, HOA Boards, and industry leaders. * This role includes identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities in the insurance restoration and property management sectors. The Account Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver end-to-end client solutions that exceed expectations, and host lunch-and-learn sessions, presentations, and educational workshops to position the company as a trusted expert. * Maintaining an active presence at trade shows, networking events, and association meetings to drive brand awareness is essential. The Account Manager will leverage CRM software and storm monitoring platforms to manage leads, forecast pipeline, and track key performance metrics, while applying knowledge of insurance claims workflows to guide clients through the recovery process. They will also negotiate and manage contracts and agreements to ensure client satisfaction and project profitability. Qualifications Required Skills and Competencies   The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close deals in competitive environments. They should be highly organized, with strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities, and proficient in CRM systems, sales tracking, and pipeline management. A deep understanding of HOA governance, community management, and board relations is required, along with the ability to deliver impactful presentations and engage with audiences of all sizes. Knowledge of storm tracking tools and disaster event forecasting is also important.   Characteristics   The ideal professional will have an entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and innovation. They should be an empathetic communicator who understands client needs and community impact, energetic, confident, and results-oriented.  A collaborative team player who thrives in a performance-driven culture and a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and drives opportunities to completion is essential.   Experience   The candidate should have at least five years of experience in disaster restoration, construction, or emergency services, along with a minimum of two years in B2B sales, account management, or business development within the insurance restoration space. Familiarity with Xactimate, IICRC certifications, and Procore platforms is required. The candidate must demonstrate a history of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth, with a strong understanding of insurance claims, compliance, and budget management.
