Account Manager

THE POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to join our team, specializing in managing commercial roofing and siding portfolios. In this role, you’ll focus on building lasting client relationships while ensuring maximum performance and return on investment for their building envelopes. This position covers the Southern NH and Massachusetts territory and demands a proactive, responsible approach.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of commercial roof systems, construction, and building services. Preferred
  • Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, Word, Excel, and Roof CAD is a plus.
  • Ability to climb and inspect roofing systems, perform physical tasks like using ladders, measuring and occasional lifting.
  • Minimum of 4 years in a related field. (B2B, Outside Sales, Sales)
  • Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)
