We’re seeking an experienced Account Manager to build trusted relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure client satisfaction within our Wealth Financial Advice segment. This role blends commercial acumen, financial advice software expertise, and a client-first mindset. What you'll do: Accountabilities & Deliverables Build and maintain strong client partnerships with key decision-makers Drive retention, upselling, and new business acquisition Position Iress solutions to address client strategies and challenges Lead account planning, forecasting, and commercial negotiations Support product adoption, onboarding, and feature implementation. What you will bring: Qualifications and Certifications 5+ years in financial services, ideally in Wealth Financial Advice Professional certification such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or equivalent (preferred) Strong knowledge of financial advice software and industry trends Proven sales and account management track record.
