JOB SUMMARY:

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and nurturing client relationships. You will collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and technical teams to understand client needs, propose solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

Required Skills/Abilities/Competencies

  • 1 - 3 years of experience selling IT services or solutions is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ethical and Critical Thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Understand client objectives, challenges, and business priorities.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to identify new opportunities and address concerns.
  • Identify potential clients and proactively seek new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop tailored solutions and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve win-win agreements.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue growth.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  • Cross sells the array of hardware, software, cloud and professional services from all Practices.
  • Solution Selling of technology bases solutions.
  • Work with technology partners to develop a plan to approach prospective clients.
