Position Overview - We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager who is fluent in English. - The primary responsibility of this role is to approach tech companies to generate new IT staffing and outsourcing business for Ridik PTE LTD. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies to attract and secure new business opportunities with tech companies. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies. - Understand client needs and provide tailored staffing and outsourcing solutions to meet business objectives. - Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. - Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, HR, and finance) to ensure successful delivery of services and client satisfaction. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. - Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management. Qualifications - Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the IT staffing or outsourcing industry. - Strong understanding of the tech industry and its staffing needs. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong drive for results.
