SUMMARY

Are you our next Account Manager focusing on Baxter´s Elastomeric pumps and Clinical nutrition?
Now you have the chance to join our Finnish Infusion therapies and technologies (ITT) team, promote our products, and educate the health care professionals in hospitals and well-being areas.
If you have a strong social and communication skills, both when writing and speaking and you enjoy being in front of a crowd presenting, you could be the person we´re looking for!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Background as a nurse preferably from hospital care (especially IV-infusion of antibiotics, ICU, OR) or acute care (ER, incl. home hospital experience), or having a Pharma/Medical devices business background, with 3–5-year experience.
  • Understanding of the decision-making process in hospitals and well-being areas.
  • Strong negotiation skills with good knowledge about the health care system and the relevant partners involved in the selling and tender processes.
  • Adaptable, solid communication, collaboration and team building skills.
  • Selling, educating, and informing is natural to you and it´s easy for you to create and develop long-term relationships.
  • It is an advantage if you are used to remote and digital sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or related healthcare sales experience.
  • Driver’s license is required.
  • Fluent in Finnish and strong English-skills.
  • Preferable place of living should be in Tampere/Jyväskylä region.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationship with customers, expand existing accounts and build new relationships within your territory.
  • Participate in developing strategic plans for the products and related services in Finland.
  • Achieving sales targets and implementing sales strategies to attain sales volume, customer growth and customer satisfaction for the focus portfolios.
  • Preparation and implementation of targeted account plans; you will propose and provide each customer with appropriate solutions that will increase opportunities both for the customer and for Baxter.
  • Actively drive development and implementation of targeted tender plans, including pre-tender strategies and tactics.
  • Demonstrations of the product portfolio for our clients.
  • Continue to drive Baxter’s digital journey.
