• Account management and sales of the collection within our showroom in Dubai Design District
• Actively participate in regular Jack & Jones collection meetings and select the right collection styles to meet market needs.
• Developing the business, analyzing market needs, product development in close collaboration with HQ
• Conduct customer meetings, present collections, enter orders, and follow up on orders.
• Maintain daily contact/sales with customers (via phone, email, or video conferences).
• Provide special administrative support with data exchange for key customers.
• Grow and guide existing WHS MENA customers, fostering close relationships to elevate cooperation.
• Identify and onboard new customers (CBO, Brick & Mortar).
• Strategically develop distribution, enhance brand awareness, and achieve defined sales/growth targets.
• Conduct detailed analysis of sales and out-of-store data to improve sales and planning procedures, supporting customers.
• Participate in budget planning.
• Regularly report to the Country Sales Manager.
