THE POSITION:

We are looking for an On Site Account Manager to join our team at Kegworth East Midlands Gateway Nottingham for our client a leading 3PL based at DE74 2BB. Experience as an Account Manager, On Site Manager or Consultant is required but full training will be provided. If you think you have the right attitude and personality, please click apply.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, but additional weekends may be required during peak
Salary: £32,000 per year

• To build and maintain strong customer relationships at a local level and be a representative of Job&Talent
• Working as a part of the onsite team to deliver our onsite service to our client and become part of their operational team
• Supporting the onsite operations team with staffing levels, agency management and understanding their needs
• Forecasting a recruitment pipeline and supporting with onsite planning
• Supporting and managing agency colleagues’ attendance levels, disciplinaries, and ad hoc duties
• Carrying out registration sessions in line with the site’s recruitment plan
• To demonstrate full ownership of account management and site processes
