The Opportunity

  • Lead partner onboarding and deployment, coordinating closely with retailers, merchants and internal teams to ensure a smooth and successful implementation.
  • Drive account growth by identifying opportunities to increase adoption of their POS and SaaS solutions, including appropriate upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyse account performance, transaction data and product adoption metrics to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and present regular account reviews, covering KPIs, performance, growth opportunities and strategic priorities.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for operational, training and service-related requirements, ensuring issues are resolved quickly and effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with Product and Technical teams to represent partner requirements and help shape future product development and innovation.
