WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with service partners, acting as their single point of contact
  • Identify and engage the right partners for emerging verticals, ensuring the highest quality standards and seamless integration
  • Analyze daily partner and vertical performance to ensure quality metrics are met and exceeded
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to identify growth opportunities, aligning with the organization’s long-term goals
  • Regularly meet with partners to review satisfaction, gather feedback, and address concerns to ensure platform success
  • Achieve short-term and long-term sales goals while optimizing internal processes to maximize efficiency
  • Educate partners on new processes, monitor compliance, and ensure proper implementation
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, converting them into revenue-driving initiatives
  • Monitor account performance, track key metrics (e.g., service usage, renewals, churn rates), and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, operations, and product development to achieve common objectives
  • Be the quality custodian for your vertical, ensuring excellent customer and partner experiences
  • Take ownership of revenue numbers, demand generation, and overall vertical performance
  • Innovate and implement creative solutions to delight users and improve partner performance

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • 3 to 4 years of related account management experience
  • Proven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements; contracts; policies, and procedures
  • Someone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working with a fast-paced workplace
  • Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindset
  • Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinking
  • Being proactive, innovative, creative, and able to think outside the box
