Summary
Karo.ie is looking for an Account Manager (Healthcare) to join their expanding team in Dublin & the south east of Ireland, which is Ireland’s only online marketplace for healthcare staff! This person will play a crucial role by being responsible for end-to-end sales activities, including lead generation, outbound outreach, pitching, closing deals, and managing customer accounts which will contribute to the overall success of Karo.ie

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential and existing customers to promote and sell Karo’s products and services
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Actively seek out new customers by identifying potential leads and reaching out to them
  • Address objections and overcome any challenges that may arise in the sales process
  • Quarterly targets
  • Stay informed about market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities is important
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, and maintain a clear and organized sales process

Requirements

  • Must have sales development experience
  • Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
  • Competency in striving for and reaching targets
  • Endurance, tenacity, and the capacity to navigate through setbacks
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
