JOB SUMMARY:
This is a full-cycle sales role responsible for building and managing relationships with RV manufacturers and OEM partners. You’ll be expected to drive new business, close deals, and provide proactive account management throughout the customer lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with engineering, production, customer service, and marketing to ensure that your customers are supported from spec-in to delivery and post-sale.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in manufacturing, OEM, or RV/automotive-related sectors
· Full-cycle sales experience: prospecting, quoting, negotiating, closing, and servicing
· Comfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and modern sales tools
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to travel 25–50% of the time for customer visits and industry events
· Experience working with product specifications, manufacturing timelines, or technical sales is a strong plus
PREFERRED SKILLS:
· Self-motivated, organized, and accountable — no micromanagement needed
· Skilled at building trust and long-term relationships with operations and procurement leaders
· Analytical mindset: able to balance relationship building with revenue targets
· Passion for high-quality, American-made products and serving the RV industry
