Description
We are hiring an Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of merchants on the ground, ensuring strong promoter performance, in-store execution, and daily activation effectiveness. This role serves as the primary on-ground link between Klivvr, store managers, and promoters, fostering smooth operations, strong relationships, and consistent sales growth. In addition to managing existing merchants, the Account Manager will also acquire new merchants and contribute to portfolio expansion in line with assigned targets. \n What you will do Manage day-to-day relationships with store managers and in-store teams across assigned merchants. Ensure merchants are properly activated and aligned with Klivvr’s revolving credit limit offering. Act as the primary on-ground point of contact for operational and commercial matters. Monitor and manage the performance of on-ground sales promoters. Ensure promoters are present, trained, and actively engaging customers. Track daily KPIs (leads, approvals, utilization) and provide feedback and coaching. Escalate performance issues and support corrective action plans with the Partnerships Supervisor. Identify merchant-specific needs and opportunities to drive sales growth. Propose promotions, offers, or activation ideas to the Partnerships Supervisor for approval. Support the execution of approved promos and on-ground campaigns. Support the acquisition of new merchants within assigned areas or categories. Assist with onboarding, activation, and initial go-live execution for new partners. Build strong relationships from day one to ensure early utilization. To succeed in the role, you’ll need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 1+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or business development roles in Consumer finance or banking sector. Proven ability to maintain and grow merchant accounts and support sales targets. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and daily activities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset, with the ability to track performance metrics and contribute to data-driven decisions. \n
