KONE are looking for an Account Manager to join our Perth Service team . Working in a customer orientated and highly motivated team, you will proactively target clients to sell service contracts. You will spend a large portion of your time out in the field developing business to drive sales and attain budgeted growth within our Service team .

Responsibilities:

  • Be a part of the sales team by focusing on lead generation and customer engagement
  • Building rapport with new and existing clients across a range of industries
  • Engage with customers ahead of contract expiration to renegotiate terms, ensuring continued service and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and promote digital tools and solutions to enhance service efficiency and customer experience
  • Foster long-term partnerships by collaborating with internal teams to engage in lifecycle discussions
  • Customer relationship creation and developmentTimely and accurate reporting within Salesforce (CRM)
