JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager fluent in Mandarin to manage and nurture relationships with our Mandarin-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, coordinate projects, and deliver tailored solutions that meet clients’ needs in both English and Mandarin.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role
  • Fluency in Mandarin (written and spoken) with excellent English communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Mandarin-speaking clients, acting as the main point of contact for all account-related matters
  • Understand clients’ business goals and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) to ensure timely and successful delivery of projects
  • Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction through regular communication and updates
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services to clients
  • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure client retention
  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to clients in both Mandarin and English
  • Monitor account performance and adjust strategies to meet client objectives
  • Maintain detailed records of client communications, project progress, and deliverables
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to provide relevant insights to clients
