What You Will Do: Simultaneously work with clients from a diverse list of industries; Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and strong collaboration; Manage annotation teams to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery of projects; Monitor team discipline and ensure corporate culture within the team; Keep track of key metrics to measure the success of the client’s request and the team, and identify areas for improvement and automatization; Proactively mediate and resolve any clients' and annotators' concerns or issues etc.; Train annotation teams and supervisors. What We Need: Excellent Ukrainian & English skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written); 1-2 years of experience in tech service industry, ideally in customer success or account management; Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively; Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships; Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team; Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the clients and the company; Mature and responsible attitude; Innovation mindset and the ability to be flexible.
