Position Overview We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our growing team. This position manages existing customer accounts, oversees day-to-day communications, and ensures successful project delivery — from order entry to shipment. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers. Manage reorders and coordinate with production and shipping teams. Track order status, update customers, and resolve issues promptly. Identify and develop new revenue opportunities within existing accounts. Maintain accurate data in Label Traxx and ensure timely documentation. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service or account management experience in label printing manufacturing. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
