QUALIFICATIONS

• Must reside in the primary markets within the sales territory: Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, or Boise, ID; applications from candidates located outside of these metropolitan areas are not eligible for consideration.
• Minimum 2 years sales or related law enforcement industry experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or related field preferred
• Up to 60% overnight travel will be required to effectively manage this territory
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid financial and analytical skills
• Ability to train, motivate, and inspire distributor sales teams and work effectively as a team member
• Ability to effectively work with all levels of a large organization
• Knowledge of distributor networks and contract bid processes
• Intermediate skills required in Microsoft Office Suite Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, & Word
• Working knowledge of Customer Management applications (CRM)
• Excellent organization, negotiation, and conflict resolution capabilities
