The Account Management team consists of 10 people, and is part of the Revenue organisation. The Account Managers’ main priorities center on driving revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell of new products and services and manage retention targets through successful renewal, and managing downsell and churn. The Account Manager owns the accountability for Net Revenue Retention (NRR). Through creative and proactive positioning within the accounts, AMs will lead strategic account planning, identifying growth opportunities, proactively positioning products and services during onsite and online meetings, and grow executive relationships to ensure an ever increasing lifetime value. Our vision is to accompany customers throughout their customer journey, ensuring Lengow’s products and services, current and future, are proactively presented to the customer to contribute to their ecommerce revenue success. ⌨️ Your main tasks would be as follows : Own the commercial relationship with your portfolio, acting as the client’s point of contact for all contract-related matters. Drive revenue growth by managing renewals, expansions, cross-sells, and upsells. Proactively minimize down sell and churn through early risk detection and action. Deliver accurate revenue forecasting across renewals, expansions, and potential risks. Build and maintain strong executive relationships and perform contact mapping to engage multiple stakeholders within the customer organization. Lead negotiations and contract management to maximize Net Revenue Retention. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to engage at executive level. Resilience and result-driven mindset, with proven ability to handle challenging situations. Commercial orientation with the ability to identify and pursue revenue opportunities. Expertise Experience in managing renewals, upsells, cross-sells, and expansions within SaaS or account management. Solid knowledge of contract management and legal/commercial processes. Ability to perform contact mapping and build multithreaded relationships within client organizations. Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional teams (CSM, Product, Legal, Professional Services) to deliver customer and business outcomes. Track Record Demonstrated history of achieving or exceeding revenue targets by converting customer objectives into commercial opportunities.
