Job Description Manage aggregator accounts, communicate daily with accounts, ask for additional work, and follow up on scheduled and completed WOs. Focus on account maintenance and growth. Update portals, such as Service Channel Support and verify IVR check ins with techs Coordinate daily work orders with Ops/Dispatch Ensure SLA compliance Facilitate any disputes or issues with aggregator accounts Handle Tech parts reporting - weekly - will be trained Support Ops with day to day work flow Accept work orders upon request Schedule 1 offs, after hours, weekend service for aggregator accounts Requirements Requirements 2-5 years as an Account Coordinator or Account Manager Experience with commercial facilities services Experience with industry WOM systems (ie. Service Channel, Corrigo, FIT, Service Titan, etc) Ideal candidates will be able to work with our corporate clients in a professional manner with little supervision.
Responsibilities
The Account Manager will oversee aggregator accounts, manage daily work orders, and ensure SLA compliance. They will also facilitate communication between operations and clients while maintaining account growth and portal updates.
