Coordinate with internal teams to prioritize tasks and ensure project milestones are met. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements. Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, client services, or related roles. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
