In this role, you will serve as the vital link between clients, internal teams, and strategic partners. Your mission will be to ensure seamless communication, deliver outstanding client experiences, and drive project success through proactive relationship management. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal departments. Manage client accounts by coordinating deliverables, timelines, and expectations. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to foster long-term partnerships. Maintain accurate records of client communications, project updates, and feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes. Prepare reports and presentations that reflect key performance insights and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or coordination roles. Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software is preferred. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and team members.
