Job Description Job Description Sphirea Plus is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account Manager Liaison to support and coordinate communication between clients and our internal account management team. The ideal candidate will ensure that client expectations are met efficiently, helping strengthen long-term relationships and contributing to the overall success of our service delivery. Responsibilities Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal account managers Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and client feedback to ensure service quality Resolve client inquiries and escalate issues when necessary Prepare and maintain reports on account activities and performance Support account managers in coordinating meetings, documentation, and updates Track KPIs and assist with data analysis to improve client outcomes Ensure a professional and consistent experience for all client interactions Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 2+ years of experience in client service, account coordination, or similar roles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks under pressure Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools Attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary between $58,000 and $63,000 annually Opportunities for career growth and internal advancement Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional development and training programs Paid time off and company holidays Health and wellness benefits available after probationary period
