This role serves as a key link between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of services, and strong relationship management. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple client accounts while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams. Manage client accounts, ensuring expectations and deliverables are consistently met. Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate execution of client projects. Identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and support business growth. Prepare reports, updates, and presentations for clients and management. Address client concerns promptly and effectively to maintain trust and satisfaction. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience in account management, client relations, or liaison roles. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
