Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Collaborate with account managers to develop strategic solutions tailored to client needs. Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and performance metrics to stakeholders. Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in account management, client relations, or project coordination. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
