We're looking for someone who already has media or agency experience and is confident managing client relationships.

The Opportunity

As an Account Manager, you'll be a key part of our client service team, leading day-to-day relationships across a portfolio of clients and working closely with our digital, performance, strategy and activation specialists.

One of the things that makes this role unique is the breadth of exposure you'll receive. You'll work across both digital and traditional media channels, helping clients connect with audiences through integrated campaigns that deliver real business outcomes.

From paid social, search and programmatic through to radio, television, outdoor and partnerships, you'll develop a well-rounded understanding of the media landscape while building strong commercial and client management skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing and growing client relationships
• Developing integrated media recommendations aligned to business objectives
• Coordinating campaigns across digital and traditional channels
• Working alongside digital specialists across search, social, programmatic and performance media
• Monitoring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and growth
• Presenting recommendations, insights and results to clients
• Supporting commercial growth opportunities within existing accounts
• Contributing to a positive, high performing team culture

Who We're Looking For

To be considered, you'll ideally have:

• 3+ years' experience in a media, digital or integrated agency environment
• Hands-on exposure to digital media channels including social, search, programmatic or performance marketing
• Experience managing client relationships and campaign delivery
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organisational and project management abilities
• A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in helping clients grow
