Role SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with UAE experience in building materials or construction sales preferably with experience of handling products such as Cement, Blocks, Dry Mortar, Interlocks & Pavers. The role will focus on developing new business, managing key accounts, and achieving sales and revenue targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAccount Management & SalesDevelop and maintain new business opportunities with both new and existing clients
• Manage key accounts including ready-mix companies, contractors, block factories, traders, and industrial customers
• Achieve assigned sales volume, revenue, and margin targets for cement and clinker products
• Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships to ensure retention and growth
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with approved company strategies
• Implement pricing, discounts, and commercial policies in coordination with commercial and pricing teams
• Commercial & Operational CoordinationEnsure proper customer registration, documentation, and classification as per company procedures
• Coordinate with logistics, dispatch, production, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries
• Monitor credit limits, outstanding payments, and collection status of key accounts
• Ensure receivables are collected in line with agreed credit terms and company policies
• Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and customer demand
• Compliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with company policies, safety, quality, and environmental standards
• Follow all relevant management procedures and operational controls
• Promote safe work practices and responsible environmental behavior

• QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Relevant UAE experience in building materials / construction sales.
• Proven experience in Key Account Management and Business Development.
• Strong customer relationships and knowledge of the UAE market.
• Good communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
