The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our team based in Hurstville, NSW.This is a predominantly office-based role with regular customer interaction and occasional travel to client sites. You'll manage a portfolio of key B2B accounts, focusing on customer relationships, account growth, service delivery and commercial performance.

You'll work closely with our Account Coordinators and internal Sales, Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure customer requirements and agreed service levels are consistently delivered.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for growth
  • Manage pricing, margins and customer-specific requirements
  • Monitor customer KPIs, service levels and order fulfilment
  • Prepare sales, DIFOT, usage and performance reporting
  • Resolve customer issues and proactively manage expectations
  • Work closely with Account Coordinators, Sales, Customer Service, stores and warehouses
  • Support product catalogues, pricing, stock requirements and account setup


  • About YouExperience in key account management or B2B account management
  • Experience managing large or complex customer accounts
  • Commercially minded with a focus on account growth and retention
  • Confident managing pricing, margins and customer negotiations
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Good administration, reporting and organisational capability
  • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Microsoft Office capability; ERP experience such as Pronto is advantageous
  • Safety, industrial, workwear or related industry experience is advantageous but not essential
