REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of B2B Sales experience (preferably in the security industry)
  • A personal network of potential clients or ability to procure clients
  • A strong business acumen with an ability to align customer needs with a strategic vision
  • Demonstrate leadership and ability to drive sales activity and close rate
  • Highly self- motived, driven, and organized
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales territory
Responsibilities

We are looking for a high-performing Business Account Manager with a strong record of success. In this role, you will identify, engage, and close deals- partnering with companies across the province and country. This is a senior level role, for someone who is interested in implementing growth strategies and scaling business revenue inputs.
In this role, you will be responsible for the business development and performance of sales activities in the province. The ability to prioritize and segment customer targets based on client characteristics and demographics will be vital to the success of this position.

Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:

  • Develop sales strategy that align with the company sales goals and profitability
  • Responsible for creating, monitoring, revising lead generation plans to ensure a sizable sales pipeline
  • Capture the attention of potential customers and presenting new solutions and services that we offer
  • Develop business opportunities, conduct needs assessment, and create proposals to implement using company services.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures and business codes of ethics to ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
