About the Role As a Brokerage Account Manager, you will take full ownership of customer accounts — overseeing daily operations, identifying opportunities for growth, and delivering industry-leading service. Reporting directly to the Director, this role requires a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building meaningful customer connections. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Coordinate shipment builds, order entry (manual and EDI), and scheduling. Facilitate route optimizations through efficient routing and planning. Maximize revenue and load volume while delivering top-tier service. Maintain weekly communication with all assigned clients. Foster and grow customer relationships through trust and performance. Provide accurate quoting and pricing by collaborating with the pricing and sales team. Ensure precise billing and collaborate with Credit on payment issues. Anticipate customer needs and resolve shipping challenges efficiently.
